Some campaigns that SCMers have recently been involved in include:

SCMA encourages students, churches and all organisations to switch to serving fairly-traded coffee such as that sold by  Trade Aid.

We supported the Civil Union Bill because:

• it is a step towards realising the human rights of queer people in New Zealand
• much of the Christian opposition to the Bill was cynical, opportunistic, based on faulty interpretation of the Bible and damaging to Christianity
